Contract - 2 Months (Contract, possible extension)

Fully Remote (EST, CST preferred, but will consider PST) Initial Assignment is 10 weeks (10/6/25-12/19/25), but will be an additional 10 weeks beginning sometime around end of January. The manager hopes to not have to recruit twice. We are seeking a Contingent Content Licensing Associate to support Client’s Content Licensing team on a temporary basis. This individual will assist in maintaining relationships with content providers, coordinating licensing workflows, and ensuring the accuracy of content-related data across Client’s Consumer and Professional Information products. This role will involve vendor coordination, contract administration, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with external partners, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support relationship management with third-party content and market data vendors.
  • Assist with content licensing processes including purchase requisition preparation, billing verification, and tracking of licensing agreements.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate vendor payments and reconciliation.
  • Maintain internal records of market data services and license inventory.
  • Aid in gathering and organizing data for usage analysis.
  • Participate in vendor audits, service installations/removals, and documentation efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect requirements for new or updated content needs.
  • Manage market data entitlements across various user platforms and market data feeds.

Skills:

  • Experience working in media, financial services, or content licensing environments.
  • Understanding of contract administration or vendor onboarding processes.

Education/Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in business operations, vendor management, licensing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, internal databases, and web-based business tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and/or content licensing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
